Memberships
What types of memberships do you offer? Do you offer short-term or day passes? Do you have student or senior rates?
Yes, we offer a variety of Pay In Full and Monthly memberships from Day Passes to long-term membership. We also offer special rates for both students and seniors. For more information with regard to pricing and term, please click here.
Can I bring a guest?
Here at Hamptons Gym Corp, we always welcome new faces. Although we do not offer guest passes, we do offer a day pass option for short-term passes for guests! For more information, please click here.
Can I use all Hamptons Gym Corp locations with my membership?
Yes, our general memberships grant access to all Hamptons Gym Corp Locations.
What is your cancellation and freeze policy policy?

How do I freeze or cancel my membership?
You may request to freeze or cancel your membership by the following means:
- Self-Service Online Cancellation: Members may cancel directly through our member portal, found here, or through the member app. Subject to membership eligibility.
- Online Request Form: Submit a cancellation request by completing the form here.
- By Mail: Send a written cancellation notice to Hamptons Gym Corp, PO Box 3237, Sag Harbor, NY 11963.
- By Email: Send your written cancellation request to info@hamptonsgymcorp.com.
- By Phone: Call our Cancellation Request Line at (888) 725-4967 and leave a message with the required information.
- In Person: Facility staff can assist you in initiating a cancellation through one of the approved methods above. Staff will not process cancellations directly at the front desk.

Facility and Access
What are your operating hours?
Our gyms are open during the following hours:
Weekdays: 5:30 AM – 9:30 PM
Weekends: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Is the gym staffed at all times?
Yes — both Sag Harbor and Southampton locations are fully staffed during operating hours.
Is there parking available?
Yes — parking is available at both locations.
For Sag Harbor Gym, members using the Malloy parking lot should note:
• A strict 2-hour limit is enforced during the summer season
• Cars over the limit or parked in reserved spaces may be booted
We recommend keeping an eye on your time and following posted signage closely to avoid fines. For more information regarding parking in Sag Harbor Village, click here.
Are lockers/showers available?
Yes — locker rooms and showers are available at all gym locations.
Please note to bring your own lock to secure your valuables, if you're using the Southampton location.

Can I bring my own trainer?
Here at Hamptons Gym Corp, we pride ourselves on our flexibility. That is why we do allow Independent Trainers to use our facilities. For more information, click here.

Can I manage my account online?
Yes! You can easily manage your membership through our Member Portal.
In the portal, you can:
- Update your payment details
- Purchase new memberships, add ons or training packs
- Pay outstanding balances
- View your visit and payment history
- Update your personal information
- Book classes and services

Is there a mobile app?
Yes! You can download the GymMaster Member App for quick access on the go.
The app includes many of the same features as the portal, plus the ability to check in to our facilities directly from your phone.
