Need to Freeze or Cancel Your Membership?


We understand that circumstances change, and we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible.


Before you decide to cancel, we’d love the opportunity to keep you as part of our fitness community. Did you know we offer flexible membership freeze options? Whether you're traveling, recovering from an injury, or just need a short break, freezing your membership might be the perfect alternative — and it can be requested through the same process as cancellation.


We hope you’ll consider freezing before making a final decision to cancel. We’re always here to support your fitness journey, no matter where life takes you. Please review our freeze and cancellation policies and submit your request below.

FREEZE POLICY 

  • ONE FREEZE can be instituted ANNUALLY [within a 12 month period] AFTER COMMITMENT PERIOD 
  • MAXIMUM Freeze time: SIX CONSECUTIVE MONTHS 
  • COST: $10 PER MONTH (billed on membership billing date) 
  • Only applies to Regular Month-To-Month memberships (Not Specials). 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

  • CANCELLATION FEE of $149 applies within commitment period 
  • PAY IN FULL (PIF) Memberships commitment period span ENTIRE LENGTH OF MEMBERSHIP time. 
  • MONTH-TO-MONTH Membership – Specified by OBLIGATION DATE on membership contract; varies based upon membership type
