Whether you're new to fitness or looking to take your training to the next level, our personal trainers offer one-on-one coaching tailored to your goals. At Hamptons Gym Corp, we combine results-based programming with personal connection, so every session moves you forward.
We offer two training options to fit your preferences:
- Staff Training: train with our expert in-house trainers providing personalized coaching and ongoing support.
- Independent Training: allows approved outside trainers to work with clients at our facilities, giving you the flexibility to train with your own certified coach or one of ours.

NASM-Certified Trainer & Nutrition Coach
With a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science, dual certification as a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and hands-on experience in a physical therapy clinic, I bring a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to fitness. My coaching is grounded in science, empathy, and personalization—because no two clients are the same.
I design customized programs tailored to your specific goals, whether you're aiming to build muscle, lose fat, return to activity after an injury, or enhance athletic performance. I specialize in working with active adults, athletes, and individuals transitioning out of physical therapy, offering both structure and support every step of the way.
My mission is to help you become the strongest, healthiest version of yourself—physically and mentally—through strategic training and sustainable habits.
Outside of coaching, I love paddle boarding, beach days, traveling, and whipping up high-protein desserts that satisfy your sweet tooth while supporting your goals.

Mike McNamara
AMFPT-Certified Trainer
Mike understands firsthand the challenges of struggling with weight and confidence growing up. Through fitness, he found a powerful outlet to transform not just his body, but his mindset — a journey that inspired him to turn his passion into a career. Mike firmly believes that with patience, consistency, and discipline, anyone can achieve their goals both inside and outside the gym.
Using these principles, Mike dramatically reshaped his physique and now dedicates his life to helping others do the same. Specializing in nutrition planning, supplementation, and resistance training, he tailors every program to the unique needs of his clients. Mike’s mission is to empower individuals, one workout at a time, as he works his way to the top of the fitness industry.
Outside the gym, Mike enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, and going on walks with his girlfriend and their pitbull, Remy — balancing his driven approach to fitness with meaningful, everyday moments.

Marcus Anthony
NSCA-Certified Trainer
Marcus began his fitness journey in high school through the practice of Chinese martial arts, where he discovered his passion for movement and coaching. He went on to earn a B.S. in Exercise Science from Skidmore College, graduating Cum Laude.
After college, Marcus became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and began training clients at Hamptons Gym Corp. Since then, he has worked with a wide range of clients, led group fitness classes, and earned his Corrective Exercise Specialist certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Marcus has also brought his skills to the international stage, working as a personal trainer on several global music tours. His deep interest in movement led him to contemporary circus arts, where he has performed and taught internationally in aerial, ground, and partner acrobatics.
Through his diverse experience, Marcus is passionate about helping others explore movement in
ways that support lasting health, strength, and an improved quality of life.
Personal Training Rates
One-on-One Coaching That Works With Your Goals and Schedule
Work 1-on-1 with a certified personal trainer to build strength, improve form, or stay consistent — whether you’re just starting out or looking to push further.
Member Rates*
$135 per 1-hour session
5-Pack: $650 ($130/session)
10-Pack: $1,250 ($125/session)
Half-hour sessions also available — ask in-club for details
*Must have a current and active paid membership with Hamptons Gym Corp.
Non-Member Rate
$150 per 1-hour session
Includes full gym access on the day of your scheduled session (during operational hours)
Training is available by appointment at both our Sag Harbor and Southampton locations.
