BEACH WORKOUTS

Our Outdoor Division guarantees an intimate and exclusive Hamptons fitness experience with high intensity, small group training at some of the most prestigious beaches in the Hamptons. 

Fun and varied, we include everything from bodyweight exercises, kettlebell swings, rope pulls, sprints, ball slams and a lot of other great movements all scaled to your fitness level.

Sessions are 90 minutes and finish off with an active recovery paddle board session so you will get to experience the Hamptons from the water, while you cool down.

WINDSURFING CAMPS

Learn to windsurf in the Hamptons in groups of two with 6 hours of coaching from world-renowned champion Jesper Vesterstroem. You will start on a Tandem board and then graduate to your own beginner kit. Classes are held the flat, shallow waters of Napeague Bay - ideal for learning how to windsurf!

We have all the gear, you just need to bring swimsuit, sun protection and a t-shirt to protect from the sun on the water. Great fun for the kids and the whole family.

MOBILE TRAINING

If you don’t want to leave your house we come to you. Our truck is loaded up with fitness gear and we can design custom workouts and deliver the ultimate training experience on your own turf.

ABOUT JESPER VESTERSTROEM

Jesper Vesterstroem is a Certified Fitness Trainer & NLP Coach. Born and raised in Denmark, he has traveled the world as a pro windsurfer for 20 years. Jesper now resides in East Hampton. His mission is to motivate you to move every day and to make sure you achieve your fitness goals in a short time with the right exercises, the right nutrition and the right motivation.
