DO I HAVE TO HAVE A MEMBERSHIP?

YES.  Your membership account is how we will handle your rental fee billing.  Your discounted membership rate will be $79 per month – and your stored membership billing info will also be used to pay your rental fees, usually on the first of each month.


INSURANCE, WHATS THAT?

Trainers must have a current liability insurance policy, listing Hamptons Gym Corp as ADDITIONAL INSURED, with a coverage minimum of 1M.   Usually, your certifying agency will have an arrangement with a preferred provider, and you may receive a discounted rate.  CLICK HERE



CERTIFICATION

We accept all NCCA accredited certifications.  If you are certified and working towards a morerecognized certification, please communicate that to us. CLICK HERE



BILLING

Before each session we will ask you to check in at the front desk – give the name of the client you’re training and give us the ok us to post the rental fee on your account. Membership billing occurs on the 1st of the month for our month-to-month memberships. This process will take 30 seconds maximum and must be done prior to each session.  Ringing up these fees in real time will help record keeping and ensure billing accuracy. 


MICO – (MYICLUBONLINE)

You can create an account with your membership agreement number online. On MICO you can view invoices, make payments, update billing information and more.   


CAN I TRAIN MORE THAN ONE CLIENT AT A TIME?

We prefer to keep sessions 1:1 as the clubs can be very busy, particularly in season.  Just like anything else, run it by us first and we may be able to work something else.


CERTIFICATION/INSURANCE/MEMBERSHIP

Should all be set up well in ADVANCE of your first training session.  This is standard procedure for full-time fitness professionals.


YOU DO NOT HAVE PRIORITY ACCESS TO EQUIPMENT WHEN TRAINING A CLIENT

Gym etiquette is not as common as it once was. If a member wants to work in please allow. 


PERSONAL EQUIPMENT

Items cannot be left in the club overnight.  Please make use of HGC equipment when training

your clients in the clubs.  For liability reasons we cannot allow outside equipment.


30 DAY UNLIMITED FEE

This fee is paid up front and allows for unlimited training sessions to be performed over the next

30 days.  The fee is $1250, so it works out in your favor if you’re doing over 50 sessions per month. 

It’s our goal to help you get to point volume of sessions!


*Personal trainers who happen to work front desk shifts for HGC do not have to pay for membership.
