Matt’s focus is on making fitness accessible and enjoyable, while helping his clients improve their overall health. Depending on individual goals and the client’s fitness level, his exercise sessions may be comprised of advanced functional training, cardio conditioning, and flexibility. As your trainer, Matt will seek to provide you with challenging yet appropriate workouts that will help to foster positive changes! As a marathon runner, and regular participant in group exercise, and his love of  Triathlons he is passionate about incorporating exercise into a healthy lifestyle. He believes that any day can be turned into a great day for exercise. With the right nutritional program, proper training and hard work any one can reach their goal.
