Kelly is certified as a personal trainer, a Les Mills International BODYFLOW and BODYCOMBAT instructor and has taught yoga and meditation in the Bahamas, Hawaii, Mexico, San Francisco and New York. Having returned recently to the Sag Harbor community, she enjoys the social aspect of group fitness and working with participants to help them achieve greater strength, flexibility and endurance.
Kelly is a lover of fitness and the outdoors and has had adventurous excursions throughout the world, her favorites: hiking the NaPali Coast of Kauai (twice) and the Camino de Santiago, a 750 mile/1,000 k trek across Spain.
